摘要

《素問．經脈別論》中關於水道、脈道的論述是中醫生理學的主要依據，其敘述內容涵蓋了水液、營養物質進入人體後的消化、循環與輸佈途徑，為中醫基礎理論打下重要基石，然其理論如何運用到具體臨床，有待進一步研究與說明，筆者不揣鄙陋，希望從內經角度出發，結合性味、歸經理論，為中醫從基礎到臨床，作一芻議。

The discussion on fluid pathways and meridian pathways in the "Suwen: Meridian pathology and corresponding pulse signs " serves as a major foundation for the physiological theories in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It covers the digestion, circulation, and distribution pathways of body fluids and nutrients after they enter the human body, laying a crucial cornerstone for the basic theories of TCM. However, how to apply these theories to specific clinical practices requires further research and clarification. The authors, with humble intentions, hope to approach this from the perspective of the "Neijing" and combine it with the theories of properties, tastes, and meridian tropism, offering a preliminary discussion on the application of TCM from foundational theory to clinical practice.
