從《臨證指南醫案》初探長新冠症候群中醫的系統治療方法

A preliminary study on the systematic treatment methods of Long COVID Symptoms with Chinese Medicine from Linzheng Zhinan Yi’an: Guide to clinical practice with medical records

長新冠症候群（Long COVID）是指某些COVID-19患者在感染後症狀持

續數月的情況。本研究旨在探討中醫對長新冠症候群的治療方式。

方法：通過文獻回顧《臨證指南醫案》，將長新冠症候群與中醫證候相對應，

提出一種系統性的中醫治療方案。

結果：根據《臨證指南醫案》的相關條文，本研究從呼吸困難到腹瀉等症狀的

病機進行詳細分析。針對每個症狀，比對出相應的中醫治療方案。討論部分進

一步深入分析不同症狀的病機、病位以及相應的治療方法。

結論：這種研究方法結合古代中醫理論和現代臨床實踐，為應對後疫情時代中

的後遺症提供新的思路和方法。最後，這種結合古代中醫理論和現代臨床實踐

的方法對應，對後疫情時代中的後遺症具有重要意義，並分享其在臨床實踐中

的有效性和再現性，希望能夠為同道提供參考。

Objectives: Long COVID refers to the situation where some COVID-19 patients experience symptoms persisting for several months after infection. This study aims to explore traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatment methods for Long COVID. Through a literature review of the "Clinical Guiding Case Records," Long COVID symptoms were correlated with TCM patterns to propose a systematic TCM treatment plan. Methods: Based on relevant sections of the "Clinical Guiding Case Records," this study conducted a detailed analysis of the pathogenesis of symptoms ranging from respiratory difficulties to diarrhea. Corresponding TCM treatment plans were formulated for each symptom. Results: The discussion section further analyzed the pathogenesis, location of pathology, and corresponding treatment methods for different symptoms. This research approach combines ancient TCM theory with modern clinical practice, offering new insights and methods for addressing the sequelae of the post-pandemic era. Conclusions: In conclusion, the integration of ancient TCM theory with modern clinical practice holds significant importance for addressing the sequelae of the post-pandemic era. The study underscores its effectiveness and reproducibility in clinical practice, aiming to provide valuable insights for fellow practitioners.
