中藥配伍的禁忌：十八反與十九畏應用探討

【摘要】

關於中藥配伍的禁忌，本文從《神農本草經》的七情配伍為起點，根據歷史文獻的記載與演進，了解十八反與十九畏論述形成的背景與意義。而且本文整理了現代實驗研究成果，從化學成分、藥理與毒理的角度探討這些配伍禁忌的合理性。除此之外，更結合古代文獻記錄與各醫家的用藥經驗加入討論，幫助我們更好理解十八反與十九畏並非絕對禁忌，只是臨床治療還需根據病情病機條件謹慎運用。

【Summary】

About Traditional Chinese Medicine compatibility taboo, this article stated from the seven prescription compatibilitys of “Shennong’s compendium of materia medica”, and with the records and development of the historical literatures, we could understand the background and significance of the eighteen toxic interactions and the nineteen counteracting interactions theory formation. With the collections of modern experimental research results, this article discussed the rationality of these compatibility taboo according to the conception of chemical compositions, pharmacology and toxicology. In addition, this discussion combined with the ancient literature records and the prescription experience of physicians could help us realize that the eighteen toxic interactions and the nineteen counteracting interactions theory is not an absolutely taboo. But in clinic al treatment, the prescription compatibility application of physicians must accord to the condition of pathogenesis and be cautious.
